I ‘invented’ Progio for a couple of reasons. I am easily frustrated with strength and flexibility workouts. I just can’t remember the exercises, I forget what my trainer told me, and in the end, I often just quit. I just wanted to have a tool that gives me quick reminders when I need them.
I also want to have the best workout programs possible. From the best trainers in the business. Workouts that are relevant to my goals, my favorite sports and activities.
Last but not least, I was tired of manually logging my workouts into some kind of spreadsheet or notebook. Too much hassle. I know that a log would be great, to compare my results, to see progress.
